"Pretty easy pickup, tiny wait"
Pickup was straightforward, honestly. We found the desk without too much wandering around, and check-in made sense... like, nothing confusing or overcomplicated. The staff went over the basics before we headed out, which was helpful. We did have to wait maybe 10 or 15 minutes since another group was in front of us, but it wasn’t really a problem. The boat was ready, clean, all good there. Overall, yeah, good experience and I’d use them again.

"Clean boat and in good shape"
The boat was clean when we picked it up and seemed well taken care of. The seats were tidy, there wasn’t any odd smell, and everything we used worked the way it was supposed to.
I’m the type to look things over before heading out just to be safe, and nothing stood out as a problem. It was a simple, easy rental experience, and we didn’t have any complaints

"Clear safety briefing before we headed out"
My sister and I felt comfortable after the safety briefing. Everything was explained clearly before we left, which made the whole experience feel safe and easy.

"A "really nice" day on the water"
We had such a great time out on the boat. It was clean, pickup was easy, and everything went really smoothly. I’d definitely use Electric Boats Rental again for another "fun day" on the water.

"Pretty good deal overall"
I booked a boat through eboatsrental.com it was a good deal for what it was. I checked a few other places before booking and this one seemed fair price-wise, and there wasn’t any big surprise charge or anything like that after. The boat wasn’t super new or fancy, but it was clean and ran fine for the day. I’d probably give it 5 stars if that checkout fee stuff was a little easier to see up front

"Support got back to me quickly"
I reached out to support and was surprised by how fast they replied. They helped me sort things out quickly, which I really appreciated. Overall, I’d say it was a solid support experience.
